OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY:
- To measure customer satisfaction and perception.
- To find out the factors influencing the customer's perception.
- To create awareness among the customers towards Instagram marketing.
SCOPE OF THE STUDY:
The study focuses on customer perception towards Instagram marketing. Customers' perceptions will build a great
personality on the brand. The personality will create trust, confidence, and
goodwill in your product or services. There
are some challenges faced by a customer on Instagram marketing in both positive
and negative manner. Customers have to Find out the best quality and quantity
product and service at a reasonable price and it must be user friendly. To find
out the factors that influence the customer's perception of Instagram
marketing are price, quality, quantity, consistency, reputation, and value. The
study focuses on converting users into customers and customers into buyers.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:
- In this digital world each individual having smartphones with internet facilities 90% of people using social media networking. Most of people are not aware of social media marketing like Facebook marketing, YouTube marketing, and Instagram marketing.
- Due to less awareness of Instagram marketing, there is a problem in attracting the large number of customers. In this paper we are going to find how many people has been aware of Instagram marketing and how many people are not aware of Instagram marketing.
LIMITATIONS OF STUDY:
This study determines the customer perception of Instagram marketing. The sample data were collected from the limited age above 18 to below 50. The study has targeted the social media users in Tamil Nadu and real-time feedbacks are gathered from 270 samples.
SUGGESTIONS:
This
study shows that Instagram is one of the trending social media platforms but,
developing marketing medium. Most people are not aware of Instagram marketing it is one of the drawbacks in
development. The information must be sufficient and effective to a customer it
will generate more followers and customers.
Each poster should be clear and easy to understand the scope of a
product and service. Developing a brand
among the public will creates more personality towards your products and
service. From this study, we understood that Instagram's marketing reach is not the same as Facebook marketing, YouTube marketing, compared to other medium Instagram marketing reach among the users is less.
CONCLUSION:
Rapid
growth in social media has been created the need for platforms to evaluate
the demands of consumers. Over the year there have been many successful social
media platforms were developed. Social media influencing the perception of
customers and changing consumer behavior. Compared to other social
marketing mediums Instagram marketing contains a lower number of customers. According to the study, and awareness towards
Instagram marketing is lesser than other mediums. Creating an individual’s perception is the greatest challenge, it purely depends on the brand and company. It helps the marketer to interact with the
customers globally and nationally. Instagram
is trending social media in mobile applications but developing marketing medium.
